NOTE: The first (18) pictures were shot from an altitude of 8,000 feet over the city of Philadelphia (Philly), Pennsylvania, unless otherwise noted

Suburbs of northern Philly:

Interstate 95 and the Betsy Ross Bridge entrance (top), north of the city:

The "City of Brotherly Love", looking southeast:

Modern high-rise with a mirror finish, just across the Schuylkill River from downtown Philly:

Here you can see this same modern high-rise and the surrounding area, complete with a multitude of river crossings:

Philly looking north with the Delaware river to the right and the Schuylkill to the left:

Same view as above, only zoomed-in a bit to show the vast array of picturesque high rises Philly offers ones eyes:

South Philly is quite impressive in that so many residencies are packed into such a relatively small piece of real estate:

Looking northwest at Philly and the Schuylkill River:

Looking West from over the Delaware River and New Jersey:

Battleship New Jersey and Adventure Aquarium, both in Camden, New Jersey:

The heart of Philly with it's impressive glass encased high rise buildings:

Philadelphia International Airport, looking northwest towards the city:

An out-of-service Aircraft Carrier at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center, just southeast of Philly, on the Delaware river:

Someone has planted very large onions on the shore of the Delaware River, adjacent to Philly....Or wait, I guess it's just storage tanks that look like onions:

Philadelphia Sports Complex, south of the city:

Another view of the Philadelphia Naval Business Center, looking east towards New Jersey:

Same area as above, with much greater detail showing a few ships in "drydock":

And this ends the Philadelphia area tour, though lets continue south, viewing Rock Manor Golf Course near Wilmington, DE from aloft:

Looking southeast from Wilmington, DE, at the Delaware Memorial Bridge, which crosses the Delaware River:

New Castle County airport in Wilmington, DE, with a corporate jet just lifting-off:

Railroad bridge spanning the Chesapeake & Delaware Canal in Delaware:

Two picturesque bridges spanning the Chesapeake & Delaware Canal, again in Delaware:

A multitude of bridges spanning the Susquehanna river as it spills into the Chesapeake Bay in Perryville, MD:

US-1 (Conowingo Road) crossing the Susquehanna River via the Conowingo Dam:

Just a neat little country road intersection point in rural PA:

A flowing and picturesque landscape in southern PA:

Same area as above, though showing a greater detail of the fanciful patterns found in these fields:

Housing development with a perimeter road looked rather interesting:

BAE Systems facility, south of York, PA, which assembles various military tanks and equipment:

An picturesque array of row houses in York, PA:

An expanded view of York, PA:

Quaint little airfield with two grass runways called Mc Ginness, just south of Columbia, PA:

And lastly, more striking farm field patterns in eastern, PA:

Thanks for Flying along and I hope you've enjoyed the Flight...

See You Soon
