Salsa Burgers Plain Chicken



These salsa burgers are packed with flavor, combining the richness of ground beef with the zesty kick of salsa and the freshness of cilantro and onion. Perfect for a quick and delicious meal!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, avocado

Instructions:

Ground beef, salsa, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl

Mix everything together well

Then, divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape them into patties

Set the grill or pan on medium heat to get it ready

Cook patties for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them

Put hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster to toast them

Put burgers together by putting patties on toasted buns and adding any toppings you want

Instructions:

Best Tomato Soup Ever

Ingredients:

  • 5 kg ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Put olive oil in a big pot and heat it over medium-low heat

Put in the garlic and onions, and cook them until they get soft

Go ahead and add the red pepper flakes, basil, parsley, tomatoes, and oregano

Let it cook for 10 minutes

Add the vegetable broth and bring it to a boil

Then lower the heat and let it cook for 20 minutes

Pour the soup into a blender and blend it until it is smooth

Add the heavy cream and season with pepper and salt

Let it cook for another 10 minutes to mix the flavors

Add fresh basil leaves on top and serve hot

Smoky Maple Bourbon Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 3 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup vegan powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C

Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the vegan butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy
