Ingredients:

- 5 kg ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put olive oil in a big pot and heat it over medium-low heat
Put in the garlic and onions, and cook them until they get soft
Go ahead and add the red pepper flakes, basil, parsley, tomatoes, and oregano
Let it cook for 10 minutes
Add the vegetable broth and bring it to a boil
Then lower the heat and let it cook for 20 minutes
Pour the soup into a blender and blend it until it is smooth
Add the heavy cream and season with pepper and salt
Let it cook for another 10 minutes to mix the flavors
